My only guess is your provider doesn't have the server in its
DNS cache. This happens to me a lot on AT&T with servers that
might not be that popular, I find a link on Google or something
and try to hit that URL and get "server not found" if I hit it
a few times, or ping the site, all the sudden AT&T can find it.

The URL works for me, and I know a few other people on the list
were able to get to it. AFAIK the site hasn't been down.
