This is SO COOL!!!  I just tried it for the first time.  I was 
downloading a PDF from a site with more traffic than horsepower, and it 
kept failing midstream.  This picks up where it left off, retries, etc. 
 It is amazing.  

BTW, the -p and -r options together with, say,  a -l0 pointed at say 
dmoz or yahoo could fill a hard drive real fast, while saturating a T1. 
 Don't do it to anyone you like.......
