This man is my hero: Dr. Edgar David Villanueva Nunez.  He is a
congressman from Peru.  Read his response to MS fud about mandating
OS/Free Software in the Peruvian government.  Very long, but well worth
it.  One of the most brilliant defenses of Free Software I have ever
seen.  ESR and RMS need to take some notes.
