I had the pleasure in attending the one and only 1st and only Linux 
Federal Open Source Forum where Mitre Corp.
made their Linux push two years ago to the Pentagon.  I got to meet the 
CIO of the Army who was already testing Linux but, as usual he needed 
the C2 cert. to say it was blessed by the feds like NT4.0.  That was pre 
NSA harden Linux.  What is cool is this is really shaking up the 
political establishment. Mitre is big and carries alot of weight in the 
Pentagon.
