I'm using Ricochet right now under Linux, and it seems to work just
fine.  I've posted some info to CLUE-Tech about how I got it to work
under Linux.  It's a fairly straightforward technology which was
actually designed a couple of years ago, but you do have to be living
within range of their radios to make it work.  (I'm off of Quebec St.
between Leetsdale and Evans, and it works here--YMMV)  I actually won my
Ricochet and some free service in a promo, but I think I'll be keeping
it; the speed and convenience are easily worth $44.95/month.
