Attached you will find information on 2002 StartUp BaseCamp, the premier
Rocky Mountain entrepreneurial education seminar that will be held
October 16, 2002 in Denver. Would you mind posting this to your Web
site? I have an HTML file I can send you as well. We encourage your
readers and members to to attend or apply to be a speaker at
http://www.startupbasecamp.com/mail/speaker.html.

How did this event get started? Over a cup of Starbucks coffee, Joyce
Colson of the Boulder law firm of Colson-Quinn and Jon Nordmark, CEO of
eBags, founded this not for profit conference as a way to give
entrepreneurs ‘street smarts” on how to start and grow their businesses.
The Denver Mayor’s Office of International Economic Trade and
Development joined on as a co-founder for the first conference and has
been involved ever since. More than 1000 entrepreneurs have attended the
last three conferences. Entrepreneurs learn about mistakes made and
lessons learned and get advice on how to successfully build companies in
today’s environment. StartUp provides the base camp where entrepreneurs
go to get the maps, learn the ropes and make the successful climb to
sustainable businesses. I would certainly appreciate you listing this
event for your readers. The URL is http://www.startupbasecamp.com/mail/
