Sierra Club could use one too.  We want to upgrade an existing server.

no software requirements.  We'll install linux, apache, sendmail, etc though 
we wont turn down something preinstalled with a current distro.  SC tech 
support has experience with both the Red Hat and Mandrake distros.

ethernet port or PCMCIA slot
256 meg RAM
external tape backup

we can pretty much upgrade wherever the system donated falls short in HD, 
Memory, or the tape backup.  

Sorry we're a 501(C4) so we can't offer a tax deduction, but I expect a P3 is 
pretty close to depreciated out anyway.
