Hi Jed,
Heres two options:
1) There'll be an Installfest and Intro-to-Linux session at the
Colorado School of Mines (sponsored by the Mines ACM group)
on the campus in Golden within 2-3 weeks. I'll post a full
announcement as soon as the time and place are finalized.
2) If you're anxious to get it done sooner, you could bring
your machine to one of the Hacking Society
http://www.hackingsociety.org/chapters/blug/
meetings at Cafe Sole on thursday evenings (7-10pm) in Boulder.
If you give folks 2+ days warning (by posting to the BLUG
mailing list), then they'll be prepared and you'll be likely
to get good results.
