I saw on PBS tonight that Senator Allard urges the FCC to "ensure that 
Congress and the public have a full opportunity to review and comment on any 
specific changes the Commission intends to make ... "  Here's the letter:

This is great news, IMHO.  The FCC is currently is considering whether rules 
of broadcast ownership should be changed.  However, according to a recent 
poll, 72% of the respondents reported that they had "heard nothing at all" 
about the new ownership proposals.
