Hi all,

If anyone is interested in reading IBM's actual filing, I transcribed a
copy and it can be found on LWN here:

If you skip through all the boring stuff (IBM admits that it is, in
fact, IBM in paragraph blah, IBM does not have enough information to
form an opinion as to paragraph blah-blah, etc) you'll find all of IBM's
counterclaims and their defenses against SCO's suit. Note that SCO did
not address *any* of IBM's actual defenses with their little statement
on Thursday...

BTW -- SCO's stock started the week at $13+, right now it's at $10.62...
Anybody want to bet that their stock is below $6 by September?
