I'm not sure that's bias... it might just be boredom... 

You're right, though -- often pictures of politicos are the shots where
they look their worst, red-faced, mouth open, or scowling as someone's
asking them a question they don't like. 

In that line of discussion... have you ever noticed that most still
shots of Dubya and Tony Blair, Blair looks like he's making bedroom eyes
at Bush? I was in the gym yesterday and they were showing footage of the
joint press conference, and I swear Blair was looking at Bush with this
expression like "he's soooo dreamy." 

Maybe that's just my impression, though.
