You would have to check admission at any school that you were thinking of. 
When I transfered from Northern Illinois, I got screwed. Of course, back then 
credits were only us$ 50 / hours for and out-of-stater, so I did not care 
(in-state was us$ 14 / credit hour)
Times have changed.
