Hey all,

Take a look at what MS is now doing since it lost their Munich account:

http://www.usatoday.com/tech/news/2003-07-14-linux-tech_x.htm

"Microsoft came too late," says Wolowicz, Ude's chief of staff. "The
perception of the majority of the city council was now (Microsoft) wants
to put pressure on the decision. Psychologically it was not good."

Issues: unbundling of the Office suite, free tech services, strategic
versus tactical issues of technology.

Of course, MS supposedly got a copy of government documents to answered
point by point exactly where MS worked best.

Oh well, another day in the MS game.

Kevin
