How about a set of speakers with two audio inputs?  That's what I use and
it works great.  You might need a bit nicer speakers than you've got, but
for $50 you should be able to get really good speakers with a subwoofer
and two audio inputs, and that'd almost certainly be cheaper than a KVM
with audio switching.

That doesn't directly answer your question but maybe it resolves your
issue...
