It showed up in news.com as well.
I am going to be curious to see if IBM suddenty buys SCO which would be an 
admission that some amount of sco code is in the kernel.
I am in hopes that IBM will not do that.

I suspect that IBM has been going through the code doing comparisions to see 
if any (and how much, if so) code got into there.
