Not sure what you mean by that -- is Canada's economy supposed to be
worse than ours? 

If I understand correctly, immigration to Canada is somewhat
restrictive. I've looked into it a little bit, but then I've never
actually immigrated anywhere, so I have no idea how their policies
actually compare to ours...
