What worries me about this is two-fold:

- Corporations under the law are given the same rights as Citizens but have
vast resources available to them that most Citizens do not. (Money to buy
lawyers, mainly.)

- The U.S. has a higher per-capita ratio of Citizens already imprisoned than
any other Free nation.

Thus, whenever Corporations do not wish to provide what Citizens want, or the
Corporation feels threatended by shifting markets and values, they employ
truckloads of lawyers to bring Citizens into lawsuits where those same people
are usually incarcerated or financially ruined fighting if they did nothing
wrong.

Citizens ask for better protection laws from their representatives, but those
representatives are wined and dined by Corporations. I believe ultimately
this means that major campaign finance reform is necessary to see long-term
health in this matter.
