I used them when I lived in an area without DSL or broadband and I had 
no complaint with them.  The phone compny, OTOH, was always dropping the 
connection.  I kept Techangle as a backup when I was able to get DSL.   
Now that I need to switch ISPs, I'm glad that Techangle now offers DSL.
