This surprises me somewhat. I will say though, that Iraq is a very large 
place. While Nukes would be difficult to hide, Chemicals are easy, and 
Biological are trivial in hiding. 

I suspect that we will have to wait for more inspection before the later 2 are 
found. If they ever find Nukes, I would guess it was  a plant.
