Also,  according to C-SPAN radio I was listening to, the report on N. 
Korea is that they don't have the nuclear power they claim to have.  I 
don't know if anyone else had heard this report given by an investigator 
sent to N. Korea, but maybe you have more information.  I really don't 
understand why they would claim more nuclear power than they actually 
have... just to make their neighbors uneasy?
