As one who uses Windows, Mac, and Linux, this is an interesting article 
about the UI experience for users.

While I love the fact the potential things I can do with Linux, it 
reminds me of Windows in that the simple things take too long or are too 
involved to get done. My hope is that Linux users would adopt some of 
the guilelines to make Linux easier.
