What version of Mozilla are you trying to migrate?

http://www.udel.edu/topics/e-mail/mozilla/convert479.html provides
some information on 4.7 -> 1.7 Migration which may provide the hints
about where Mozilla stores these kinds of things.  I believe that
Thunderbird provides support for importing mail from the Mozilla
(classic) Mail client which may help you since there seems to be more
help for Thunderbird than for classic MozMail.
