[clue-talk] April CLUE presentation

Hello David.
 
I would like to hear Mr. Haislmaier's opinions regarding the ongoing debate
on the GPL status of loadable kernel modules.
 
Also: one reads constantly that the GPL has "never been tested in court".
Any indications that such a test might be on the horizon?
