[clue-talk] Mirroring a web site?

Let's suppose you wanted to capture a site locally for reading offline or
when you can't reach the site. What sort of tools are there to do this?

I could hack something together to do this in Perl or Java, but I know there
has to be more robust solutions rather than something one-off I'd make...
