[clue-talk] need a programmer analyst to build a Web application

Hi,
 
I am an instructional designer who is looking for a contract
programmer/analyst to help me build and maintain a Web application for
people in my field. This person should be able to help me develop specs,
select technologies and an appropriate open source CMS, tailor it to my
needs, and maintain it. Am looking also to embed some existing Web APIs and
ecommerce. 
 
I need someone who is fine with explaining alternatives (to someone with
good technical skills but not as good as yours) and helping me make
decisions and think about how to proceed as well as be able to implement it
(alone or with additional resources). My plan is to implement the app in
phases so usage and other data can inform what and how to build next.
