Actually, the Reuters piece is pretty out of whack -- the FSF put a
provision in the GPLv3 third draft that would prevent deals like
Novell/MS, but would grandfather in any deals prior to the date of the
draft.

So... I don't see the FSF really doing any damage here. Novell, on the
other hand, would be limited to this deal if they want to use FSF or
GPL3'ed code going forward.
