Yeah, the one I was talking about was about here:

It sort of catches your eye because it hangs out over the street. It's been
there for years. I tried Google street view, but couldn't find it.
I noticed another set this morning on Broadway and Dry Creek, but those may
have been there for a long time, too.

Yeah, it makes a big difference. Without any clear oversight, though, who's
to know? I'll concede that getting red-light runners isn't a bad idea - it's
the slippery slope of other purposes that concerns me.
