Not just corporate income taxes.   There are also mineral extraction 
taxes.   Ever wonder why Wyoming has no income tax, and all of the other 
taxes are low?   The companies pulling coal out of the ground pay for 
everything.

BTW, you could raise the taxes on them, but, it would just raise the 
price at the pump, on your electric bill, and on your heat bill.   Don't 
worry about who pays the taxes, YOU do.
