[clue-talk] Batch scheduler

I am looking for a scheduler for batch jobs.   It needs to be able to  
run executables (shell, etc.) capture the output and return codes,  
then conditionally run other things based on return codes.   I would  
like it to be able to handle parallel execution as well.

Does anyone know of a good FLOSS package for this?   If not, I guess I  
will need to write one.
