[clue-talk] Know anyone in the State IT dept?

[Grant Johnson]

He knows me, he at least at one point trusted me for technical direction 
questions.   I have written to him, but put more of the emphasis on open 
standards.   I hope to hear a reply from him so that I can explain in 
more detail, hopefully via phone, how this is not only incorrect, but 
also hurts the citizens of the state as a whole.
