[clue-talk] Anyone know what this is? (Mobile Transceiver?)

Hi Folks.

As I continue to explore the dark reaches of my decrepit Volvo, I
continue to make interesting (!) discoveries. Here is the latest. All I
know (or think I know) is it's some sort of transceiver. Has RJ45 port on
the side, DB25 and BNC (?) on the front. In the car, there's a round cable
that was plugged into the DB25, with a connector that looks very much
like a HPIB bus connector. I wasn't able to remove that, because the cable
routes under the rear door that has a problem with the latch, so I can't
open it.

I'd like to know what it is, so I can figure out whether it has enough
value for me to try to sell it.
