We use OpenCMS (<a href="http://www.opencms.org">http://www.opencms.org</a>) on the site I support (<a href="https://www.fiservhealthservices.com">https://www.fiservhealthservices.com</a>) It works wonderfully for us (we are a Java shop) - it is run on a Gentoo Linux box. I can't give too many technical backend details because of system security reasons being we support people's personal health information (PHI) so LOTS of HIPAA rules apply.
