define our beliefs, and instead are “labels” used for attack, both
shows our inability as a country to have a reasonable discussion with anyone
over politics (note: It’s “socially unacceptable” to talk
politics in daily interactions with people to far too many people, when the
politicians are the ones who have control over the government purse-strings and
spend almost ½ of everything each individual makes in this country), and our
love for stupid labels over reasonable and rational thought, so we can feel
part of a “side”.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

those that will blindly follow or who are more than willing to “join”
a side can’t overpower you, since you’re alone. They will.

that side, rather than make the excuse that you’re not part of either one
and watch it all fall apart due to too many people standing on the sidelines.
Your vote still counts. If all you have to realistically pick from is a
Republican or a Democrat (or throwing your vote away on another party), you
still get to choose. You’re “taking a side” whether you like

baby-boomers started holding public office, who have been out for their own

trying to do damage control. Why not just stop handing out bailouts and veto
the bill at least once to give Congress motivation to take out the pork, write

House to congratulate supporters while families he promised he would help go

could grow orchids in there” (according to one of his own staffers) in
the Oval Office, while asking Americans not to turn their thermostats above 72
degrees, and generally bumbling around like a well-spoken fool.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

the past. It can’t be changed. The only reason anyone keeps bringing it

PRESENT Administration. Let’s live in the present, since we obviously
have an economic crisis going on. Let the historians worry about the history.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
