Some of them objected to the decision. If I recall correctly, two of them did not accept the remedy and pressed on alone.<br><br>Microsoft is still being overseen by Judge Cottar-Kelly to make sure it complies with the court. In the U.S. anti-trust case, there were no financial penalties assessed and no fines per day for non-compliance. 13 states disagreed with the final verdict. I would imagine other states disagreed, but just didn't feel like speaking up.<br>
