That is simply because the sales team did not do the proper research so they could bring the proper tools or information to the meeting. A common problem.<br><br>So the issue isn't with all sales people, but instead with unprepared sales people?<br>

Much of the time sales people have a hard time fielding detailed<br>
questions about their product. Frequently they need to hand such<br>
questions off to a CE or other technical support. Presentations by<br>
sales people at a gathering like CLUE sometimes end up as a waste of<br>
both parties time.<br>
