[clue-tech] Top 10 Linux things TODO?

Hi all,

I was wondering about my Linux box today, as I do everyday, and got to
thinking: what should be the Top 10 things that I, as my own system
adminstrator, do each day/week to keep my box running smoothly and to
keep the files from piling up.  So first off, what actions would you
recommend and second, how often would you do them?

What prompted this?  My numerous var/log/messages files!
