[CLUE-Tech] hardware recommendations

I will be purchasing a computer to act as a web server connected to my ISP 24x7 via a DSL line.  I anticipate hosting 20 or 30 different, low-traffic websites.

Any recommendations regarding hardware or components I should or should not buy?  Specifically, how much RAM, what kind of hard drive, how much processor, etc.
