[CLUE-Tech] A Problem with Netscape?

Hello Everyone,

Has anyone experienced the following problem with Netscape.
I am using Netscape 4.72.

A few days ago, I noticed that netscape takes 2 minutes to
become active on startup. Netscape starts, displays the About
splash page. When I select any option to do something, hit the
Home button, check mail, key the URL, whatever, Netscape
goes away for about 2 minutes. The page is then displayed.
