The folks at Peachpit Press came out with a Visual Quickstart
Guide for PHP two weeks ago.  The Quickstart guides are definitely
oriented towards the non-programmer but as a programmer you can
get an excellent start on the language in 1 or 2 days using that
book.  And it's not too expensive ($20).
