[CLUE-Tech] The cp command

I'm no expert, but I believe you have to specify the directory where it
is goiing:

cp -R /somefiledirectory /mynewfiledirectory

or

cp  someoldfile somenewfile

In my opinion the recursive swithch could only work on a directory.

But I would actually recommend using the KDE GUI. You can drag and drop
and do "autoskip" so it only copies new files to a folder.  I have just
learned to do this and find it very handy.
