If you download and install the web development IDE, quanta from 
http://quanta.sourceforge.net, you can use it to download an entire site 
automagically.  (It uses wget under the hood).  Depending on your point of 
view, maybe easier to do this or maybe easier to write a wget script yourself.

BTW - Quanta is a very good IDE for web development.  I used it on my last 
contract project.
