How / where / is it possible to put an application in KDE startup?

KDE applications will startup automatically. However, this particular
application 'xwrits' runs in the background and pops up every so often
to tell me to take a break from the keyboard.

I would like this program to launch into background automatically.
Yes, I can put it in my .bash_profile, but I do not always go directly
into a terminal session. So, I want it to start when I log in from XDM.

Suggestions? Nothing obvious in KDE help pages.

Jeff
