Do not recall the name.  I do remember it was just an old warehouse looking
building with tons of electronics stuff inside.

TechAmerica on Colorado Blvd used to have a good selection of fans. 
I think they're a Radio Shack now, but they might continue to carry 
some of the old inventory.  If you want to check with someone local, 
I think it might be worth giving them a call.
