Randy,
Are you using pump or dhcpcd on Linux? How are you configured for the new
network. The help page was rather useless for Linux users because 'reboot
computer and start IE to obtain directions' is not helpful.
When I first obtained the service 2.5 years ago, I was using the -h flag and
passing in my hostname. After about a year, I figured out that I was getting
the same IP address all of the time, so I switched to using dhcpcd with the -s
{IP address}, which assigned a static IP to my eth0.
This morning, I tried to connect and the dhcpcd timed out with no debug
messages. I am not sure if this is a configuration problem (I am running
dhcpcd -h { HOSTNAME } or if my hostnames have not been changed over.
The 'modem' is no longer flashing amber after a reboot, but I am not seeing
green flashing that indicates packets are moving. Probably, it is still AT&T's
problem at this point, but since you are successfully connected, I appreciate
your comments.
Thanks,
Jeff
