Hello, In my never-ending battle to get the tape backup software "Amanda" to successfully back up all of my machines, I am occasionally ending up with a defunct process that is keeping my tape device busy and therefore inaccessable. Does anybody have any strategies for releasing that resource short of rebooting the machine? Thanks, -TAG
