What version of apache?

What is the full path to your httpd.conf and virtual_hosts.conf?

What are the permissions and ownership of /home, /home/matchingmoms, and
/home/matchingmoms/html?  (Just paste the output of "ls -ld /home
/home/matchingmoms /home/matchingmoms/html".)

How does apache get started, boot script or by hand?  Attach the script or
command you use to start it.
