[CLUE-Tech] Mozilla 0.7 Web Browser Problems/Fixes

Get the same message with those two sites, yet no problem with NS/Linux
V4.74.
Perhaps this is related to a Red Hat V6.2 quirk. I did find a reference to
an early NS 6 and Hotmail problem due to root permissions being set on a
file prevent users from accessing Hotmail when NS was installed as root.
