I accessed your malfunctioning link from IE5.5 on Windows 2000 (Microsoft's
preferred platform, if there is one), and got an error also.  I think it
might have something to do with the '$sessionid$' reference in the URL.  As
an IIS developer, I can tell you that attempting to 'step into' a dead
session from another machine, will certainly cause problems.
For further testing, the URL to distribute would be:
http://www.ukonline.gov.uk/online/ukonline/home

That works perfectly from this (extremely proprietary, closed-source)
OS/Browser.
