I found that the main drive that I am using is a Seagate Condor CFS850A.
the BIOS search finds 1651 cyl, 16 heads, 63 sectors.  The actual
physical data
is 3640 cylinders, 4 heads, and 2 discs.
For machines with the 1024 limit they suggest using 825 cyl, 32 heads,
63 sectors.

I tried the 825,32,63 in the BIOS without linear and got a 'LI' error
code.

I also tried it with the linear and put the 825,32,63 in an 'append'
this
gave me a 'LIL' error code.

Anyone have any other ideas.
