Nuts. I meant to say IPTABLES (not IMAP) instead of IPCHAINS. From what I 
recall of the KF talk on firewalls, this is much improved security utility 
as compared to IPCHAINS.

Also believe IPTABLES will replace IPCHAINS, beginning with distro's 
shipping with 2.4 kernel, though have not read anything of late re: 
upgrading IPCHAINS to IPTABLE strategy.
